Come and enjoy Brunch or High Tea in 2 acres of glorious gardens enjoy savoury tarts sandwiches and sweet treats as part of our traditional High Tea while music gently serenades throughout the gardens.
Or if Brunch is the way you like to start the day come and enjoy one of the best brunches on the peninsula. Sit amongst the trees overlooking the water and enjoy a decadent start to your weekend with traditional breakfast offerings of eggs and also seasonal vegetable tarts & fritters or if sweet is more your thing enjoy pancakes and freshly baked croissants.
Dine
The splendour of Glynt Manor is not just reserved for the house guests, with a party of ten or more the magnificent Grand Dining Room can be booked for a private epicurean experience.
Our highly acclaimed chefs can create a sensuous range of international dishes to tempt even the most demanding palate.
Our Epicurean Opulence Package is available at a cost of $150 per head and must be booked in advance. Personal tastes, allergies and preferences are taken into account by our chefs as they design your personal menu for the evening.
We promise to delight the senses with an abundant spread of exotic dishes designed to celebrate an important event or just a get-together with close family and friends.
Pamper
Massages and beauty therapy services can be organised in the privacy of the suite accommodation from $150.00 per person. Lila and Demetri are both highly regarded hair and make-up artists, their services are sought by both international and local celebrities. They can be booked for private appointments for a special event whilst you luxuriate in the elegant surrounds. Visits and packages to local spas can also be organised ahead of your stay.
Picnic
If privacy and romance is at the cornerstone of your Glynt Manor stay let us design a sumptuous picnic featuring the best of the Mornington Peninsula’s gourmet delights. We can set up your picnic in one of our secret garden hideaways or you may want to venture out to one of the many beautiful beaches or parks in the area.
Play
Fancy a round of golf, a spot of sailing or would you like to dangle a line? Allow us to organise your playtime when you book. We will take all the legwork out of the organisation – you just bring your clubs, swimmers, sailing gear or fishing rods.
Celebrate
At Glynt Manor we pride ourselves on being able to design a never to be forgotten experience for any celebration. We cater for intimate cocktail parties, weddings, engagements, birthdays, christenings and any other milestones. Our celebrations can be held in the garden, the Grand Dining Room or in a personally selected marquee. Lila Sideropoulos will help you design your dream event adding personal touches that will delight your guests and make your celebration magical.
Incorporate
Imagine a product launch, company event or a commercial shoot featuring the lush garden surrounds or the elegance of the Manor itself. We are able to assist in any way to make a corporate event, conference or an editorial, ad or film shoot a standout production.
